Celeo Lagos, Owner of CD Contractor Services, Inc.
​Celeo has been working in the industry for over 22 years. A native of Honduras, he first came to the U.S. at the young age of 19 with certifications in carpentry, electricity, welding and plumbing. Filled with aspirations of creating his own company, he quickly learned English and jumped into the workforce. Today a happily married, father of 5, Celeo is living out his dream. Upholding the same passion for the trade, he stays actively involved in all aspects of each assignment.
Celio Alberto Lagos – Project Assistant
Alberto is a key member of the CD Contractor Team, he joined CD in October 2019.
Dora Munguia – Vice President
Dora has been apart of this company as of 2008. When Cd Contrator's was first established. Her biggest part was taking care of the financials of the company. She has been supportive with the other employes ad has pushed everyone to be their best.
Gary Whitt – Project Estimator

Gary is a key member of the CD Contractor Team. With 29 years of experience in the commercial drywall trade. His diverse range of experience on all types of commercial projects allows him to provide the best customer service possible. Gary is able to provide custom proposals, with detailed scopes of work that make contractor reviews simpler and helps keep change orders at a minimum. Gary is a reliable, married father of 1, who takes pride in fulfilling all commitments made by CD Contractor and working hard to see a successful completion of all our projects.
Kay Robinson, Office Manager
Kay has been an Office Manager for a variety of professions for 16 years. She has a degree in Accounting, a Real Estate background and she is the CEO of her own business. She is responsible for all office administrative functions in addition to her AP/AR role.
